FAQ
Your questions, answered.
Signals, fees, membership and account help.
What does SkinRadar do?
SkinRadar compares the same CS2 skin across supported marketplaces. Each signal names the buy and exit market and shows all-in cost, estimated net outcome, ROI, volume and trade lock. Purchases and sales take place on the marketplace.
Do all plans include the same signals?
Yes. Every plan includes the full feed, with no ROI cap or daily signal quota. Only the access period changes. Available deals depend on market prices and your filters; returns are not guaranteed.
Is the homepage the full feed?
No. It shows up to three selected examples, refreshed every 30 minutes. These are market snapshots, not a guarantee that a listing is still available. The member feed refreshes every minute while the page is visible.
How are profit and ROI calculated?
All-in cost is the purchase price plus the funding costs saved for that buy marketplace. Estimated net gain is exit proceeds after selling fees, minus that all-in cost. ROI is net gain divided by all-in cost, multiplied by 100.
Which fees are included?
Signals show the estimated selling fees and your saved funding costs separately. Check that your funding profile matches how you pay. Even when a marketplace charges no deposit fee, your wallet or payment provider may charge its own fee.
Can I withdraw Steam Wallet proceeds?
No. A Steam sale credits your Steam Wallet, not your bank account. Signals marked as a marketplace cash exit are separate routes whose estimated outcome may be withdrawable under that provider’s terms.
Does SkinRadar guarantee profit?
No. Prices, demand and fees can change, and a listed item may not sell at the estimated price. Check the listing, trading volume, price age and lock period before buying.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SkinRadar runs in your browser on desktop and mobile. Create a SkinRadar username and password; an active access period is required for member signals.
Which payment currencies are supported?
Checkout accepts native BTC on Bitcoin mainnet, native LTC on Litecoin mainnet and native ETH on Ethereum mainnet. Card payments are coming later. Use only the exact amount, address and network shown on your own invoice.
When does paid access begin?
Your access period starts automatically after the selected BTC, LTC or ETH payment reaches the confirmation requirement shown on its invoice. Time spent waiting for confirmations does not use up your access period.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. The available plans are 7 days, 30 days, 180 days (6 months) and lifetime. Prices are in USD. Fixed-duration access needs a new purchase to extend it.
Where do I receive signals?
In the Live signals section of your account. Personal Telegram delivery is not currently included; the website is the member feed.
Why did a signal disappear?
A signal may have expired or stopped matching your saved filters. Prices and listing availability can also change. Always confirm the offer on the marketplace before buying.
Why do I see fewer signals after saving filters?
The feed only includes signals meeting every saved limit for their exit type. Net gain and ROI are checked after your funding costs. Use Reset filters on the Alert filters page to remove personal thresholds.
Do partner links affect the rankings?
No. Any partner link is disclosed and does not determine the score, estimated ROI or position of a signal. Check the marketplace’s final price before buying.
Can SkinRadar buy for me?
No. You complete purchases and sales on the marketplace yourself. SkinRadar does not need your Steam password or hold your skins.
What if I forget my password?
Use the recovery code issued when you created your account. Keep it somewhere safe. If you cannot recover access, contact SkinRadar support; never send your password or wallet recovery phrase.
