Account information, saved preferences and security records.
New accounts use a username and a securely hashed password; email is not required. Account records may also contain membership and invoice information, saved preferences and security events. Previously transferred accounts may retain existing contact information. SkinRadar does not ask customers for their Steam or Telegram password.
Passwords are stored as hashes and signed-in sessions use secure cookies. Never send support your password, recovery code, wallet seed phrase or private keys.
You can update your password and preferences in your account. Contact support to request a copy, correction or deletion of your account information. Identity checks and applicable record-retention obligations may apply.
SkinRadar uses Cloudflare to host the website and its database. Payment records include the information needed to match an invoice with a public blockchain transaction. Contact support with questions about stored account information.
