Each invoice shows one coin, one network, one exact amount and an expiry. A wrong network transfer may be permanently unrecoverable. Never send from a network not shown on the invoice.

Payment questions
If the amount, network or timing differs from your invoice, contact support with your order reference and transaction ID. Never send a second payment until the first has been checked.
Refund requests
Contact support about the original order. Crypto transfers cannot simply be reversed. Do not send another transfer or share private wallet information to request a refund.
Access and review
Paid access begins after the payment reaches the confirmation requirement shown at checkout. Refund requests are reviewed using the original order and payment evidence, the service access already delivered and any rights that apply to the purchase.
